Giant Robo Printing is family owned and operated. We have built our company on the principles of hard work, great quality and excellent customer service. We do our absolute best to delivery you the highest quality product that we can.  It’s a challenge to create and provide personalized items but it’s one that we are prepared to tackle.

Refunds and Exchanges

We sell three types of products in our shop.  Custom, Personalized and products of our own design.  Custom products are just that, they are blank items where we print your custom design onto them.  Personalized items are ones that already have a design but we allow you to personalize it with your name or unique information.  Our designs are the more typical product you see anywhere, they are fun designs we have created and put up for sale.

For custom or personalized products we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a problem or an error in the way the design was printed.  By error, we are talking about you supplying us with art and us making a mistake when printing that art in either the placement or the file used.  If no error was made and we printed the art you supplied on the blanks you chose, we can’t accept returns or exchange for a different size since we can’t do anything with the product you have customized or personalized.

For our own designs, you are welcome to return them or exchange them within 60 days of the day of delivery as long as they are still in new condition.

Artwork Requirements

In order to print an image onto just about anything, the image itself has to be a high quality file. Our preference is to have a file that is at least 300 dpi.  The size of the image that we need varies depending on what we are printing on.  A t-shirt, for example, would need an image that is at least 3000 x 3000.  If you do not have a file that meets those requirements, please send what you have and we will do our best to make it work.  If an image isn’t suitable, we will let you know before we print it.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

Our goal is to deliver you the best possible product in the most reasonable time frame. We use UPS and USPS and choose how to send your package based on the shipping method you chooseduring checkout. 

Pre-Made Designs

All of our pre-made designs will ship out in 1 to 3 business days from the time we received your payment. We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday and we are closed for Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, and New Years Day.

Custom and Personalized Items

Custom items and personalized items take longer to produce as we typically have to order the blanks and edit your art work. Additionally, those types of order tend to be bigger.  Please allow 7 to 10 days for an order with custom or personalized items to ship.  We always endeavor to ship it faster than that but don’t be alarmed if it takes the full 10 days.
